[dev] Fixing the Horde_Feed tests

Hi!
Currently the Horde_Feed tests are failing in the blogroll tests
(locally for me, on ci.horde.org and for Jan as well). The attached
patch fixes the issue but I admit I have no clue why the node
attributes should be case-insensitive. As far as I understand it the
OPML should be considered to be XML with case-sensitive attributes.
Does anyone have a clue if the attached patch makes sense or not?
