*sigh* Probably my fault. I just committed a week's worth of  
refactoring for Horde 4 and migrated two installs. Did it on Sunday  
afternoon on purpose, so I could test the migration and fix any issues  
that came up. I thought I tested pretty thorougly, but obviously  
overlooked something. Probably something to do with guest access, as  
my tests while logged in worked. I'll fix, but probably not before  
late tonight.
