[dev] Horde/Core/Block.php - undefined index

Anyone have good ideas as to what might be causing this error to  
appear in my error log every time I go to the Horde Portal page?

HORDE4 [turba] PHP ERROR: Undefined index: default [pid 17551 on line  
70 of "/usr/share/php/Horde/Core/Block.php"]

The code is far too generic for me to get an idea where the problem  
might lie - hints appreciated :)

These are, at time of writing, with the latest Horde versions  
available and PHP 5.3.
