[dev] Creating mailbox filters

Hi,

IIUC I should be able to create mailbox filters on IMP's advanced  
search page. And IIUC filters should be appliable to any folders. But  
I cannot create a new custom filter without specifying a mailbox.
Is this the expected behavior, and if yes, how are filters different  
from saved searches, at least on the advanced search screen?
