If there are any objections to the cleanup steps and we can come to an 
agreement, I will implement as the purpose of these steps is to have the apps 
and libraries ship in opensuse and any other interesting distributions without 
legal problems. I think there was some reasoning that we don't need any file 
headers at all as long as we ship the license files but I don't claim any 
expert knowledge in (international) copyright and patents law.
