[dev] Horde_Core GPL header in Core/lib/Horde/Core/ActiveSync/Driver.php

The ActiveSync driver file in Horde_Core contains a header for externally 
owned GPL 2.0 code. The package itself ships as LGPL-2.1. 

Is Horde_Core "derivative work" of de carne's Z-Push code and therefor has to 
be GPLed?
