I don't have that problem - same browser/theme combo.  ...but if I  
mess around with the zoom, I can reproduce.  So it looks like the  
border height of the separator is text size dependent, which is not  
acceptable.

I'm not the CSS expert, so I'm not sure how this can be resolved.
