[dev] imp filter options

IN IMP, when i select apply filter setting "Apply filter rules upon logging
on" and select "Apply filter rules whenever Inbox is displaye",

Will it check two times when i logged in, and redirects to mailbox ? because
currently when i logged in it redirects me to mailbox page.

What is preferebel?
