This was the bug that caused us to release the broken  
Horde_Imap_Client packages.  Turns out, this is a pretty nasty bug in  
Archive_Tar and was causing official pecl/PEAR packages to be broken  
also.

Since Jan released a bunch of packages yesterday, thought I would  
share this - if we get any complaints about broken tar files, this is  
the culprit.
