No.  I don't know if the browser lags or not when storing the history  
info, or it is something in jqm, but this wasn't working.  200 is  
really just a shot in the dark that works on my Galaxy Nexus (both the  
stock android browser and the google chrome beta).

None of this mattered when testing with a desktop browser - so I have  
a feeling this is due to lag at the mobile browser level.

I was looking for another event that jquery/jqm fires when the page is  
initialized, but couldn't figure out anything that would work across  
pages (i.e. not knowing the name of the initial page div).  Although  
maybe we could do some sort of event listening on $.mobile.firstPage?
