[dev] fckeditor in compose in IE9

In IE9 when i compose the message and do not enter subject, it asks me
whether i want to send email without subject or not, when i click cancel
although it submits the form and send email. Please give me the solution for
the same.

One more point is there in the same editor, i am going to link(anchor) it
freezes the window.
