The commit  
https://github.com/horde/horde/commit/ea074f803e515fede8fa6c14edd7515a61280ca8#diff-2 removes mobilInitCallback() - this is still necessary since the purpose of that callback is to ensure that the binding of mobileinit() is done after jquery.js loads, but BEFORE jquery-mobile.js is  
loaded.

This MUST be bound before jquery-mobile.js is loaded or the  
mobileinit() function will NEVER be called ... which is what is  
currently happening. This is currently breaking the smartmobile view  
for Kronolith. See
