Fixed.  The padding doesn't bother me as much for Folder Actions,  
because the current positioning delineates that this row is a popdown,  
not an action.

As mentioned in my commit message, there is still an issue because we  
are using two different popdown icons.

I've reduced the size (but kept the bolding).  It's more tolerable for me now.

Should be fixed now.


More broken things:

* Folder lists: long folder names break the tree.  Need to hide long  
names instead of wrapping.

* Message screen: There are double popdowns for reply/forward.

* Mailbox screen: How come there is not separators between Other and  
Filter?  I don't see any difference from these activities and the  
other actions (reply/forward/spam/delete)
