I can add the CSS code back to Horde.  But be aware that it needs a  
**LOT** of work: e.g. clicking on white space above/below the refresh  
icon will trigger the action of the *main* action, not the refresh  
action.

And I don't believe it is too prominent in IMP - refresh is an action  
that people use all the time.  at a minimum, the current layout is a  
definite improvement over the old one.
