No... this fixed things in the topbar for me when viewing in a desktop  
browser (FF).  But it broke display for me on Android Chrome.   
However... this also fixed the bottom navbar for me in Chrome, but  
broke it in FF.

I've reverted, but also removed the bottom navbar.  Positioning is  
still broken in the navbar (it appears to be an issue with overflow in  
the desktop browser), but it obviously makes more sense to have this  
view properly on mobile devices instead.
