...and now we are getting to a **real** slippery slope.  Because  
smartmobile != tablet.  A tablet form factor presents all sorts of  
different UI concerns that a phone screen.

We should not be designing smartmobile to be usable on tablets.  If we  
want a tablet interface, we need to consider adding another view (as  
depressing as this sounds).
