[dev] Form doesn't refresh when using date picker

Hi *,

when using the Horde_Form_Action::factory('reload') on a datetime
Element it only refreshes the form when using the dropdowns for
day/month/year/hour/minute. When using the date picker instead (the icon
next to the year) it fills the fields correctly but doesn't refresh the
form as expected.

Is this desired behavior?
