I still think the better solution would be to remove the route and  
offer a more traditional page. This is more in line with the rest of  
the mainline horde 5 apps. Web have never *required* rewrite rules to  
be enabled. At this point I would call this additional requirement  
something to queue up for Horde 6. Horde 5.1 at the least.
