Hi,

Can you relicense lz4 under another license? The PHP license is not
correct and not accepted in Debian (more details below).

As this code is coming from another developer, I can forward this
request myself if you want.

the PHP License is not considered usable for anything besides PHP itself, see
the third entry in the REJECT FAQ[1].
