[dev] How to run horde-translation against an installed _library_

Hi,

when I runn horde-translation in a horde installed to system pear, I can
only build translations for apps but not for libraries. Libraries don't
show up in the list of available translation modules.

Is there any calling convention to run it against an installed library
or do I need to prepare a git checkout?
