[dev] HEADS UP! Stable branch is now FRAMEWORK_5_1

Folks,

the release process for Horde 5.2 has started. Thus we have created a  
new branch FRAMEWORK_5_1 off the master branch which will track the  
stable code until Horde 5.2 has been released stable from master.

If you keep your production installation up-to-date from Git, please  
make sure to switch to the FRAMEWORK_5_1 branch.
