[dev] Commit: 7e1fbe - Cache config after merge breaks loading sql config

Causes other application's sql configuration to be leaked into other  
applications on pages, like the portal, where multiple applications  
are pushed/popped. E.g., The Nag Summary block attempts to query  
Wicked's tables in my install.
