The more critical issue is that our local PHPUnit test stuff doesn't  
work anymore with PHPUnit 4.0.  Since it ships as a PHAR only and we  
don't have access to the interior classes.

I *think* the only change we have to make is to autoload the PHPUnit  
PHAR, but haven't looked into it yet.
