I had played around with this at some point in the past.  Tried to do  
a quick search on my box to find other example output, but wasn't  
successful.

I'm just sort of meh regarding phpDocumentor.  It does a good enough  
job parsing, and performance is ok after the initial run (using cached  
info).  My biggest complaint about phpDocumentor is instead that all  
of their distributed templates are utter garbage.  That alone would be  
motivation to switch.
