[dev] how to debug address completion?

Start by ensuring the correct address book(s) are selected in IMP's  
Address Book preference. Check the server and/or horde logs for  
errors, you can also check the JS console of the browser and/or use  
something like Firebug to view the ajax requests to see if that shows  
you anything useful.
