Every Horde_Form_Action has a method about() which returns rather detailed
information on accepted parameters. The message is too patterned for online
documentation but does not seem to get parsed anywhere. Changing it seems
to have no effect.

What am I looking at, automated tests definition?

And couldn't we have that same information integrated in the documentation?
