[dev] [horde] Heads up: Git split!

Way cool. I am happy about that move.

Questions: 

Will patching of horde 5 or potential 5.x releases of apps be supported via the old aggregate or the new separated repos?

Will we need to reopen long running pr's like the dav stuff against the new repos?

Will the existing dev setup script install_dev be amended or replaced?
