[imp] Problem with cvs php4, horde and imp

I think enough people are using 2.3 now that it's worth starting to
put 2.3-isms in the FAQ. I've put this one in and followed the
question with "[<i>2.3</i>]", and I'd like have that done for all of
the 2.3 stuff until it's at least in prerelease, to make it easier for
the 2.2 folks to ignore parts and to make it easier for me to clean
out the 2.2-specific bits when the time comes.

But I haven't been paying a whole lot of attention to 2.3 at all. So,
if you know of *other* 2.3 FAQs, feel free to jump right in..

Two weeks of thesis hell left, and then I can (recover and then) start
on the docs e-smith gave us...
