Problems making manual

Hi, 

I have problems creating the manual with make or make html. 

The error messages sound like: 
/usr/bin/openjade:./html.dsl:1:73:W: cannot generate system identifier for 
public text "-//James Clark//DTD DSSSL Style Sheet//EN" 
/usr/bin/openjade:./html.dsl:5:0:E: reference to entity "STYLE-SHEET" for which 
no system identifier could be generated 

There are a bunch of more messages that probably depend on the first ones. 

Installed is openjade, DocBook 4 DTD and the DocBook DSSSL stylesheet by Norman 
Walsh. 

Any ideas?
