[Doc] contributing umich IMP docs

I've spoken to our docwriter, and the docs were written in MSWord.  The
graphics are imbedded in the word and pdf version of the file that we
distribute, the html version links to gifs.

Anyone have an easy method to go from Word -> docbook?
