[doc] updated umich docs available

Our doc writer has given me the re-written documentation for our Horde 2.1
/ IMP 3.1 / Turba 1.1 installation (now with information about turba
addressbooks, and a fresh pine scent!).

Anyways - I've put a tarball together.  It can be downloaded from:

    http://www.umich.edu/~liamr/horde/docs.tar.gz

Included is our original HTML and MS Word versions, and the "save as
docbook" I did of the MS Word version from AbiWord (which only seems to
include the last image of the 50+ referenced by the other versions).
The other versions should help people figure out what goes where.
