[doc] Horde Wiki: ModifyingHordeAspect

Greetings,

I'm new in the Horde Mailing Lists. My name is Ciro Durán, and I'm
from Venezuela, South America.

Although I consider the default Horde layout style very nice, I'd like
to customize it, for sundry reasons. I'm still a layman in Horde, but
I'd like to document the steps I'm following to customize the layout.
I created a document skeleton in Wiki so it's avaiable to criticism. I
took the liberty of creating a wiki document on the HowTo section, so
it's free for anyone to see it (and criticise it ;-)).

If you consider that document shouldn't be created in the first place,
please tell me about it so I can bring it down :-P.
