ollem for downloadG

[Rich West]

I have an older version of gollem installed which seems to be ignoring 
the "show dotfiles" option.. I went looking for a newer version, but it 
seems that all links and references to it have been removed from the 
horde site.. It this an indication that it will be going away? Please 
say it isn't so!
