So I have. I am waiting for a response from someone there, though I am not sure 
if they're going to be able to determine it. I was hoping that someone else 
here has had a similar problem and fixed it somehow (perhaps tweaking one of 
the config files or the compilation of apache/php). If I'm able to fix it, I'll 
post the procedure (perhaps for the FAQ?).
