[gollem] VFS_ftp Changes

I think i've basically finished most of the VFS_ftp class.  I implemented
the getFileList(), createFolder(), and deleteFolder() functions.  Next I
plan to start editing gollem to use the VFS drivers.  Any comments would be
helpful.
