[gollem] VFS and Gollem Changes

I updated the SQL driver and changed the write function in each driver to
accept the temporary file path not data.  Also I changed gollem to set
[home] as a '' (blank) directory not a NULL directory.  Hopefully these will
get posted soon and email me with any questions.
