[gollem] gollem ui questions

We've got a few more people evaluating gollem as a possible web accessable
file manager, and a couple of issues were raised.
- The majority of the actions on the action menu are "apply this action to
  the select files".. the "change directory" and "create folder" actions
  don't really fall into that catergory.  how about buttons on the button
  bar for those directory actions instead of on the drop down?
- are they directories or are the folders?  consistant terminology
- "chmod" is really a file-system backed concept.. would "change
   permissions" be more appropriate?
