[gollem] problem with "change directory" and file backend

"Change directory" is no longer working for me for relative paths.  It 
works if I give it absolute paths.
This appears to be independent of the changes I made to 
horde/lib/VFS/file.php to impliment the listFolders call.

Our server with file.php v1.35 seems to work, but 1.36 doesn't.

Also... when I try to change directory into a directory that doesn't 
exist, I get a blank screen.  The error message doesn't show up until I 
go back to "home"
