Cool. We already talked about that in the past but unfortunately noone had
the time to dive deeper into this area.

I think you want to take a closer look at:

This is what we should build on.

Perhaps (I'm not sure because I just know to few about WebDAV) it makes
sense to implement WebDAV support as a driver for our RPC api. So you
should take a closer look there too.
