[gollem] config.php

Hello,

Today I was attempting to setup the CVS version of Gollem, and it gives me the
error:
       Some of Gollem's configuration files are missing:
       conf.php 	

I see a config.xml, but not a config.php.dist file.
Is there supposed to be a config.php file?

How do I fix this problem?
I editted the index.php file so config.php wasn't required, but that just gave
other error messages....

Also, what version of Horde is required for Gollem to work?
Horde 2.2 or Horde CVS version.
