[gollem] I can't find conf.php

Hi all,
 
I've installed the gollem module for horde, and i've not found the conf.php file, but conf.xml
how can i configure the module .
 
I'm using  gollem 1.0 unzipped from gollem-2003-07-12.tar downloaded from the horde ftp server.
 
i'm also using 
                          horde 2.2.1
                          imp 3.2.1
                          turba 1.2
 
                          php 4.3.3-dev
                          apache 1.3.24
                          windows 2000 server
 
please help it's important
