[gollem] I can't find conf.php

You upgrade all your other Horde modules to CVS HEAD, and then follow the
instructions in the INSTALL files. ;)

You can't use Gollem with that version of Horde.  You need all CVS HEAD
versions to run Gollem.  If you want to run release versions like you are,
then you can't run Gollem yet as there is no release version of it.
