I read:

  You must then login to Horde as a Horde Administrator to finish the
   configuring of Gollem

   How is it possible to login to Horde as a Horde Administrator?
   Where is it?
   I cant understand


   Witout this opperatioan i can not create conf.php

   Have you any conf.php for Gollem?
