[gollem] FW: New Pref setting for recursive delete

I noticed there was a "bounty" (I just saw this today and I think it's a
really good idea) for a recursive deletes functionality in gollem. I
submitted a patch to do this for FTP a while ago and I use it on our
horde site. I don't know that these patches will work on a current CVS
checkout but if someone wants to rework this and put this stuff into the
repository, I'd like to see the recursive deletes added to gollem as
well.
