[gollem] Recursive Deletes

Okay, here's the alpha copy of the recursive deletes with a prompt -
tested with an FTP backend. I still need to work in the three-way option
but before I do that can Jan (or Chuck, or Eric) bless the prompt? I
modified some existing code and added a bunch. The biggest change I made
was in the manager.php file - I moved a variable from $item['type'] to
$item['graphic'] and reused the $item['type']. Once I get the okay that
this is the right prompt functionality Jan wants I'll put the three-way
preference option in as opposed to the on-off that I currently have.
