[gollem] SMB support

With approval from the original author, VFS now has an initial smb 
driver. I added an example to gollem's backends.php.dist, adapted for 
the new loginparams setup (i.e., nearly all the rest of the original 
vfs_smb patch was unnecessary - nice work, Michael). I haven't tested 
it, though, not really having a windows network setup. So, have at it!
