That's one of the ways I guessed I should use (I keep "guessing"
because I'm never sure I got the gist of Gollem's/Horde way
of thinking).

I am beginning to think that I might have to extend Gollems
Auth::gollem class with a class of my own which will set the ftp
host name in _authenticate just before passing it to the base class.

Any thoughts on that idea?
