Dear List:

We have this requirement.

Our users should be able to upload their important files in  
centralised server like Horde/IMP system.  They should be able to  
share these files with others (if required).  As an administrator, I  
should have an option to restrict the users with quota.

Do u suggest Gollem is the solution?

We are currently using all stable releases of HORDE 3 applications  
except Gollem.
