Nope. It's actually tough to say from the message whether it's on your  
server or the FTP server, but it's something in the process of getting  
the list - ftp_rawlist doesn't actually take a temp directory  
argument. Try PHP's global temp directory (probably controlled by the  
TMP environment variable).
