AW: [hermes]hermes decimal hours

ok...i finally discovered,that decimalFromLocale is never beeing
called when i submit the hermes time form...

and since i am unable to understand the treatment of the different
form classes with their getInfo methods,over-writing themselves again and
again i reached the end of my rope here...

therefore i'm asking for help again...hopefully anyone
from the developer's team could look at this?
